From Athlete to Coach
My passion for endurance sports ignited in 2003 when I completed my first marathon. What started as a personal challenge quickly became a lifestyle that would shape my entire career.
Since then, I've trained for and completed numerous marathons, triathlons, century bike rides, and even an Ironman. Each finish line taught me something new about the body, mind, and what it takes to push beyond perceived limits.
In 2008, I began coaching other athletes, sharing the knowledge and experience I'd gained through years of training and racing. My interest in how the body works led me to become an ACE Personal Trainer and pursue certifications with the C.H.E.K. Institute.
Today, I combine cutting-edge training technology with proven methodologies to help athletes like you achieve peak performance – whether that means running your fastest mile or crossing your first Ironman finish line.
